Walsh, Knippen, Knight & Pollock One of Only Six Illinois Firms to Handle Multiple Medical Negligence Trials

On December 1, 2007 John Kirkton, Editor, Jury Verdict Reporter, Law Bulletin Publishing Company, Chicago, addressed the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association at its Annual Medical Negligence seminar in Chicago. Mr. Kirkton was reporting on the medical negligence trials in Illinois during 2002-2007.

Mr. Kirkton presented a challenging question to the audience: "Who tries these difficult cases?"
