Hogan. This case involved a 58 year old man whose family practice doctor negligently read four (4) EKG's over a four year time period; ultimately resulting in the tragic death of a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.
Ed and Brad were able to achieve this outstanding result by causing the defense expert to admit that the defendant was professionally negligent and further demonstrating the negligence of the defendant doctor through the testimony of two highly respected medical expert witnesses.
