Ed Walsh and Brad Pollock recently settled, through mediation, Cook County Circuit Court case Doe vs. SuperFlow Corporation 04 L 12210. This products liability and construction negligence case involved a needless fuel explosion and fire resulting in catastrophic third degree burns to their client, a 17 year old boy.
